Lincoln American Tower, Court Square Center

Lincoln American Tower

The 22 story Lincoln American Tower (LAT) built in 1924, is a historic landmark building of wide admiration. With its memorable silhouette in the Memphis skyline, and its well-preserved white ceramic-tiled facades, the LAT is a commercial Gothic setting re-imagined as an urban residential setting.

LAT features 31 residential apartments, has individually controlled heat and air, washer & dryer in every unit, glass shower doors, 10 ft ceiling heights, and operable historic windows.

Lowenstein

Opened as the Mid-South’s finest department store in 1886, the B. Lowenstein and Brothers building has been refurbished into loft living spaces which feature original cast iron columns and heavy timber beams throughout the spaces.

The apartment ceiling heights range from 13 to 17 feet, with spacious layouts and period window openings, bringing a new dimension to the urban residential lifestyle in downtown Memphis. Washer & dryer in each unit, high speed cable connections, secure and security are all included.

Court Annex 2, Court Square Center

CA2

Conceived and constructed to the highest design and environmental standards, CA2 was awarded the prestigious LEED Gold distinction. Modern design, steel framing, and glass curtain wall overlooking Court Square park, make this architectural style a perfect juxtaposition for the 19th century Lowenstein and the 1920’s commercial Gothic Lincoln American Tower. The units have ceiling heights ranging from 13 to 17 feet, and spaces have a functional, minimalist feel.

The proximity to courts, commerce, and the University of Memphis Law School make CA2 the ‘oasis in the center’ within the downtown. Each unit has a washer and dryer, accent lighting, glass shower doors, and high speed connections.
